Sri Mohd. Azeemuddin Farooqui, learned counsel for Petitioner, represented that the possession of the property was delivered and that the present Civil Revision Petition become infructuous and endorsed the same on the back of the petition. In view of the representation, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous but without costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
