Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available in law against inaction of the respondents in investigating into Crime No.1369 of 2018 of Police Station L.B. Nagar, Rachakonda, registered on 25.11.2018. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
