It is represented by the learned counsel for both sides that no adjudication in this writ petition is required in pursuance of the additional counter affidavit filed by the 1st respondent, wherein at paragraphs 4 and 5, it is stated that the subject lands have been distributed and possession was also delivered to the beneficiaries.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
