No representation for the petitioner-accused. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the same was assigned P.R.C. and later assigned Sessions Case No.376 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Kovvur, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.
