Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This Court, while admitting the writ petition, passed interim order dated 13.12.2006 in WPMP No.33227 of 2006 directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to work as professor as per the appointment order issued to him. No counter is filed by the respondents. Interim order was granted in the year 2006.

Since the petitioner has already been issued appointment order and the respondents were already directed to permit the petitioner to work as Professor as per the appointment order issued to him, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 13.12.2006.
