HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 257 of 2007 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 23.3.2007 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Vikarasbad, Ranga Reddy District, in I.A.No. 1125 of 2006 in O.S.No. 282 of 2006.

As seen from the record, the information pertaining to the status of the case revealed that O.S.No. 282 of 2006 was decreed as per compromise on 23.10.2007.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
