This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not issuing new pattedar pass books in favour of petitioner in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.00 in Sy.No.176, situated at Muthangi Village, Patancheru Mandal, Sanga Reddy District and for a consequential direction to the respondents to forthwith consider the representation of the petitioner dt.23.12.2019 and issue new pattedar pass book (E-Passbook) in favour of the petitioner.

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.1.00 in Sy.No.176, situated at Muthangi Village, Patancheru Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, having purchased the same through Registered Sale Deed dated 17.08.2016 and thereafter he was issued Pattedar Pass Book and Title Deed and his name was also entered in the Pahanies for the year 2017-2018. While so, the petitioner submitted representation to the 3rd respondent for issuance of E-Pass Book. As the same is not considered, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner

dt.23.12.2019 and take action in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
