This application has been filed seeking review of the order dated 25.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.A.No.28 of 2024.

Admittedly, against the aforesaid order, the review petitioner had preferred a special leave petition, namely SLP (C).No.3067 of 2024, which has been dismissed by the Supreme Court by an order dated 13.02.2024, which reads as under:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the material placed on record. 2.

No case to interfere with the impugned judgment dated 25.01.2024, passed by the Division Bench of the High Court of Telangana at Hyderabad, is made out.

The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

As a result, the pending interlocutory application also stands disposed of.

We have heard learned counsel for the review petitioner at length.

The order of which review is sought neither suffers from any jurisdictional infirmity nor any error apparent on the face of the record warranting interference of this Court in exercise of review jurisdiction.

In the result, the review application fails and is hereby dismissed.
