THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.22211 of 2007 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct respondents 1 and 4 not to grant any permission for construction and running of the poultry farm business by respondents 2 and 3 in the residential area in Plot No.70 of Shiva Ganga Colony, Road No.12, L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad and to direct respondent No.2 not to run any activity particularly poultry farm business.

Though the writ petition was admitted on 01.06.2009, no interim order was granted, and the writ petition has been pending on the file of this Court for the past more than eight years. We consider it appropriate, in such circumstances, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's claim and take action in accordance with law. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
