Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he filed an appeal before the first respondent on 1.7.2015 along with an application for condonation of delay as well as stay application, but the first respondent is not taking up the appeal and the applications for consideration. Since this writ petition is filed with a limited grievance as above, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents 3 to 8 in view of the orders proposed to be made.
The first respondent shall fix an early date of hearing for consideration of the application for condonation of delay as well as stay application in the said appeal filed by the petitioner on 1.7.2015, copy whereof is filed an Annexure P1, hear the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
