This writ petition is filed challenging the action of 4th respondent in not issuing Pattadar Pass Book-cum-Title Deed and also in not mutating the petitioner's name in the revenue records, in respect of the agriculture land to an extent of Ac.0.21 guntas in Sy.No.257, Ac.0.08 guntas in Sy.No.258 and Ac.6.11 guntas in Sy.No.256, total admasuring Ac.7.00, situated at Pathepuram Village of Nereducherla Mandal, Suryapet District, in pursuance of the applications dated 03.09.2019 and 02.12.2019 submitted by the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to make application in Form-6A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed and for mutation of his name in revenue records.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make necessary application in Form 6 A of the Act. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application in Form 6A of the Act by enclosing relevant documents and on such application, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and

take action, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
