Firstly, there are no particulars of the act of contempt in the prayer portion nor in the body of the affidavit. Moreover, by our order contempt of which is spoken of, nowhere provides for any mandate or direction.

Accordingly, this contempt case is dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum as may be advised. No order as to costs.
