This civil revision petition arises out of common order dated 02-08-2016 in I.A.No. 367 of 2016 in O.S.No. 687 of 2011 on the file of the Court of VI Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2.

At the hearing, learned counsel, representing Smt. S.A.V.Ratnam, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that C.R.P.No. 4815 of 2016 filed against common order in I.A.No. 366 of 2016 was dismissed by this Court by order dated 14-10-2016. As the present revision petition arises out of the same common order, which is confirmed in C.R.P.No. 4815 of 2016, this civil revision petition is also dismissed.
