THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1144 of 2014 ORDER:

This Contempt Case was filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed in W.P.M.P.No.3260 of 2014 in W.P. No.2665 of 2014 dated 06.02.2014.

In W.P. No.2665 of 2014, this Court directed the respondents to consider the representation of petitioner dated 10.03.2008 submitted for grant of disability pension on medical grounds pending disposal of the said writ petition. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the order dated 04.12.2015 passed by the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Telangana, Hyderabad rejecting the request for grant of disability pension on medical grounds, as the petitioner himself did not appear before the Medical Board in spite of repeated reminders. In view of the above submission, no further orders are necessary in the present Contempt Case, and accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
