THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.696 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the inaction on the part of the second respondent - District Collector (Panchayat Wing), Peddapally, in taking necessary action under Section 249 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, pursuant to the show cause notice, dated 18.04.2017 issued to respondents 4 to 6.

As can be seen from the material on record, on account of the stay granted by the first respondent - State of Telangana for a limited period of three months, there is an impediment for the second respondent to pass orders pursuant to the aforesaid show cause notice.

Considering the specific instructions communicated to the learned Government Pleader that orders would be passed by the second respondent within a period of two weeks and in view of the fact that there is no order of stay operating as of date, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry initiated pursuant to the aforesaid show cause notice and pass orders in accordance with law, duly providing an opportunity of hearing to respondents 4 to 6 and to

CKR, J W.P.No.696 of 2018 the petitioner as well, if so desires, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
