THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.2882 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners-A.1 and A.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.62 of 2016 of Gara police station, Srikakulam district registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 IPC.

In the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that in view of the fact that charge sheet was already filed in this crime, nothing requires to be adjudicated in this Criminal Petition. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as in fructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out remedies available to them under law.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
