HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRL.R.C.M.P.No.3212 OF 2016 IN/AND CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2051 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:

The complainant and the accused present. They stated that the offence is compounded and sought permission in this petition to compound.

Hence, the same is allowed and though they stated that another bench of this Court earlier ordered to pay 8% of the compensation to High Court Legal Services Authority, nothing reflects in the docket. However, to give sanctity to said oral word and from the discretion conferred on the Court, the same is accepted by permitting the compounding since proof of payment filed.

Accordingly, CRL.R.C.M.P.No.3212 of and Crl.R.C.No.2051 of 2016 are allowed, in terms of the joint memo filed by the petitioner/accused and respondent/complainant.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
