ORDER

Challenging the order of removal dated 21.02.2002, the petitioner has filed I.D.No.147 of 2000, wherein no relief was granted to him. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed.

It is noticed that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation, as such, the relief as sought for by him cannot be granted.

If the petitioner has not received the benefits for the service rendered by him prior to the date of removal, the respondent-Corporation is directed to pay the said benefits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
