THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.23000 OF 2015 ORDER:

It is the grievance of the petitioner that in spite of several complaints filed before the 2nd respondent against the respondents 3 to 5 herein regarding their illegal actions such as criminal trespass etc., no action has been taken so far. Upon instructions, Sri S.Ram Rohan, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the 2nd respondent has not received any complaint from the petitioner so far and therefore, registering an F.I.R. and taking action against the respondents 3 to 5 herein does not arise.

In view of the above, no orders need be passed in the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ T. AMARNATH GOUD, J 21st DECEMBER 2018.
