Since there was no representation for the appellant on 04.12.2015, the Registry was directed to list the instant Second Appeal under the caption "for dismissal" and, accordingly, listed, but it appears that the Registry has mentioned it as "part-heard", though the matter was not heard earlier. Today also there is no representation for the sole appellant.

2. Hence, the instant Second Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
