Sri L.J.Veera Reddy, counsel for petitioner submits that with the passage of time and change of officers etc., the complaint against then Station House Officer may not be subsisting as on date. Therefore, he does not press the writ prayer. However, he seeks leave of the Court to work out grievance of petitioner, if the circumstances still subsist.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
