This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the Judgment and decree dated 20.10.2014 in M.V.O.P.No.74 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - VIII Additional District Judge, at Nizamabad.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 08.09.2018. 3.

Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat on 08.09.2018. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
