HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32162 of 2016 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application dated 05.02.2016 before the 3rd respondent in Form 6A under Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for granting Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds in respect of the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.3.23 cents in Survey No.7 of Pandugudem Revenue Village in Buttaigudem Mandal of West Godavari District and the same is pending till today. As no orders are passed on the said application, present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to make such application through Mee Seva.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make application through Mee- Seva.
In view of the above, it is open for the petitioner to make application as per Rules through Mee-Seva, within a period of four weeks from today and on such application being submitted by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the
same in accordance with law and take action within a period of four weeks there after.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
