THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.21763 OF 2014 ORDER:

It is reported by learned counsel for the petitioners so also learned standing counsel for the respondents that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.23872 of 2012, dated 05.08.2015 and copy of the same is also placed on record along with the material papers filed in W.P.M.P.No.42239 of 2015.

Following the above said judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, directing the respondents-Company to absorb the petitioners in Class IV Grade-I posts on permanent basis for which the petitioners expressed their consent.

The Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
