This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.28 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kowdipalli Police Station, Medak District.

There was no representation for the petitioner on 02.06.2017. Hence the matter was directed to be listed today under caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
