Sri M.Sreekanth Reddy, counsel for respondents states that on 06.-01.2020 the auction could not be held because of lack of bidders.

In view of the said submission, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
