No representation for petitioner. Heard the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents.

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the alleged interference by respondents 2 and 3 by summoning the petitioner to police station and threatening her and interfering with her business disputes as illegal and unconstitutional. The Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner is A2 in Cr.No.46 of 2013 in III Town Police Station, Kothagudem, Khammam District. The presence of petitioner is necessary for investigating the said c rime. It is stated that the allegations of harassment made against the 2nd respondent are prima facie erroneous in view of registration of FIR on 19-02-2013. Since a crime is registered against the petitioner, I am satisfied that the allegation of unauthorized and illegal interference or summoning the petitioner is not made out. The writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
