But now both counsel states that lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by decision of this Court in W.A.No.352 of 2013, which was disposed of along with W.A.No.343 of 2015 and Batch, dated 29-01-2016.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 29-01-2016 in W.A.No.352 of 2013, which was disposed of along with W.A.No.343 of 2015 and Batch. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
