Though the matter is posted today on the request made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners, but at the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the second respondent was present and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
