Ramachandra Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner. With the passage of time, the writ petition seemed to have rendered infructuous and hence, learned counsel for the petitioner is not getting any instructions from his client.

The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
