ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 27.02.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.45949 and 46007 of 2018. Following the common order dated 27.02.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.45949 and 46007 of 2018, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners for regularization of their services as NMRs strictly in terms of the law laid down by the Apex Court in Secy., State of Karnataka vs. Uma Devi1 and also the judgment dated 11.10.2018 rendered by this Court in W.P.No.36805 of 2018. It is made clear that the entire exercise shall be completed within a reasonable period, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
