When this case came up for consideration on 20.06.2017, it was represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner expired and he wanted to take steps for bringing the legal representatives on record. On the said date, it was also made clear that if no steps were taken, the Writ Petition would be dismissed. Today, when the case is called, none appeared for the petitioner and no application is filed.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
