Banala Mutha Reddy v. The Superintending Engineer,
HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE WRIT PETITION No.16851 of 2011 Dt:11.12.2015 Between:
B.Mutha Reddy.
... Petitioner And The Superintendent Engineer and others.
... Respondents
HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE WRIT PETITION No. 16851 of 2011 ORDER:
None appears for the petitioner.
Smt.B.Jayasri, learned counsel representing Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Advocate on record for the respondents, submits that with the passage of time, the writ petition has rendered infructuous. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work out the writ petition on merits. Hence, I am constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.
Order accordingly.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ Dt:11.12.2015 kdl
