THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.9359 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in treating the second petitioner College as disaffiliated one of first respondent University as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently direct the respondents to treat the second petitioner College as affiliated college of first respondent University.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
