Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Case and a letter dated 15.11.2017 is filed to that effect before the Registry.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
