HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 3038 of 2016 O R D E R:- When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier the petitioners filed W.P.No.20004 of 2015 against the respondents herein and the said writ petition along with other writ petitions was disposed of by common order dated 07.07.2015 with certain directions to the respondents. Challenging the same, the 1st respondent University filed W.A.No.680 of 2015, and by an order dated 31.12.2015, the said appeal was disposed of with certain directions.

Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners preferred S.L.P. (Civil) No.2338 of 2016 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in which an interim order dated 15.02.2016 has been made. In that view of the matter, no orders need be passed in the present writ petition.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed. There

shall be no order as to costs.
