THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.799 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not issuing the pattadar passbooks and title deeds by duly incorporating the petitioner's name in the revenue records in respect of land to an extent of Ac.10.00 in Survey No.28, situated at Panchalingal Village, Marpally Mandal, Vikarabad District.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court the order passed by the Tahsildar on 22.01.2018 rejecting the request of the petitioner. Since there is a provision for appeal against the said order, liberty is given to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
