The grievance of the petitioner is that his saw mill's power connection was disconnected without any notice. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Sri Zakir Ali Danish, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation on instructions submits that because of road widening programme, electricity connection is being disconnected for some time and that there is no disconnection to the petitioner's saw mill.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to restore power supply to the petitioner's saw mill, if it is disconnected and the petitioner also shall pay regular bills and arrears if any. It is open for the respondents to take action, if the petitioner has not paid regular bills.
