This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2, in not granting building permission to the petitioner in respect of Door Nos.43/133, 1, 2 & 3-A1, situated at Survey No.155/A, Narasingaraopeta, Kurnool, and in issuing Endorsement vide Lr.Rc.No.1297/2014/G2, dated 1407-2014, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Ms.N.Niyatha, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh one questioning the rejection order, dated 10-11-2014, of respondent No.2. The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.50079 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
