After making submissions for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to prosecute the pending civil litigation and to make appropriate application after a decision is made by the civil Court.

Granting the said liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
