This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitionersAccused Nos.2 to 5 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in S.C.No.306 of 2022 pending on the file of the II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners conflnes his prayer to direct the lower Court to dispose of the S.C.No.306 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with Section 309 of Cr.P.C. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (06) months.
