I.A.Nos. 1 & 2 OF 2018 These miscellaneous petitions are filed under Section 320 of Cr.P.C seeking permission to compromise and compound the offences to quash the proceedings in Crime No.2606 of 2017 on the file of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad, for the offence punishable under Section 324 IPC.
The petitioner/Accused and the first respondent/ defacto complainant are present and they are identified by their respective counsel and produced Photostat copies of Aadhar cards to prove their identity.
A joint compromise memo dated 04.01.2018 is filed by both the parties, when terms of compromise are explained in Urdu language by Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, they are admitted to be true and correct. Further, it is now submitted that, both the petitioner/Accused and the first respondent/ defacto complainant voluntarily entered into compromise due to intervention of elders and well-wishers and they wanted to lead peaceful life.
Therefore, I find that the compromise is voluntary in the interest of both parties and permission is granted to compound the offence. Hence, compromise is recorded in terms of the joint
MSM,J CrlP_202_2018 compromise memo dated 04.01.2018 filed along with these petitions. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered. Crl.P.NO.202 OF 2018 In view of the orders passed by this Court in I.A.Nos. 1 & 2 OF 2018, this criminal petition is allowed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
