This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not conducting survey of lands belonging to the petitioner to an extent of Ac.1.34 guntas in Sy.No.347/AA1 and AA2 and E and also to an extent of Ac.1.33 guntas in Sy.No.347/E, total admeasuring Ac.3.27 guntas, situated at Nandigama Village, Patancheru Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, pursuant to the application made by the petitioner on 11.10.2019.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has to make application to the concerned MRO through F-Line by paying necessary charges.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made application to the 3rd respondent.
But, according to the learned Assistant Government Pleader, 3rd respondent is the appellate authority.
In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make an application to the 4th respondent and on such application being made by the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and take action, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of making application. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
