HCJ&AAR,J W.P.No.1196 of 2019 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) In pursuance of the order dated 20.01.2020 passed by this Court, Mr. Ravi Gupta, the learned Principal Secretary, Home Department, is present before this Court.

Mr. S. Sharath Kumar, the learned Special Government Pleader, has submitted a copy of the order dated 31.01.2020 issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, and a copy of the another order dated 31.01.2020 issued by the Commissioner of Police, Warangal. According to the latter order, the services of the petitioners have been regularised with effect from 17.03.1991, i.e from the date of their appointment, while implementing the impugned order dated 28.11.2014 passed by the learned Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal. Therefore, the learned Special Government Pleader submits that the impugned order passed by the learned Tribunal has been duly complied with by the respondents. The position taken by the learned Special Government Pleader has not been challenged by Ms. Latha Alapati, the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
