OFFICE NOTE 21.01.2022 LK,J I.A.No.2 of 2022 (On Being Mentioned) This application is filed seeking correction of name of the Court in the bail order dated 20.01.2022 in Crl.P.No.268 of 2022.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in the bail application the the name of the Court is wrongly typed as "XVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad" instead of "XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad", as such the same is reflected in the bail order dated 20.01.2022. Hence, prayed to correct the same.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, in the order bail order dated 20.01.2022 in place of "XVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad" the words "XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad" shall be replaced, on condition of petitioner paying costs Rs.2,000/- to the Telangana State Legal Services Authority. Accordingly this petition is ordered.
