This MACMA is filed by the I.C.I.C.I. Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, represented by its Manager-Claims, Mumbai, against the award and decree dated 30/03/2012 passed by the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-IVAdditional District Judge, [Fast Track Court], Ananthapur, in O.P.No. 593 of 2010.

2. Sri Ravishankar Jandhyala, learned Standing Counsel for the appellant-Insurance Company seeks permission to withdraw the above appeal in view of the settlement of the matter out of court. To that effect, he filed a photocopy of the letter dated 24/8/2018 of Legal Manager of the appellant-company addressed to the Registry of this Court.

3. Recording the above submission, M.A.C.M.A.No.165 of 2013 is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in the appeal shall stand closed.
