The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioner though civil suit O.S.No.159 of 2019 is pending on the file Junior Civil Judge, Peddapally, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 3. 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 29.01.2020, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that based on the complaint of one Jupelli karunakar Rao, a case was registered in Cr.No.4/2020 under Sections 448, 323 and 324 r/w Section 34 I.P.C by the Peddapalli Police Station on 07.01.2020 wherein the petitioner in the present writ petition is arrayed as accused No.2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader based on the said written instructions asserts that except investigating into the above said crime, the respondent police authorities have never involved in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time. Insofar as the complaint made by the petitioner to the second respondent with regard to the alleged high handed action of the fourth respondent, the said written instructions states that the Commissioner has directed the concerned jurisdictional Assistant Commissioner of Police to look into the matter. 4.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on behalf of respondent police authorities, no further orders need be passed in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
