This petition is filed by the petitioners-A2 to A7 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.244 of 2017 on the file of Nagarampalem Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 477 and 120-B r/w 34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition and to that effect, he submitted a letter, dated 25-01-2018, before the Registry.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
