HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE SUREPALLI NANDA WRIT PETITION Nos.710 of 2020 ORDER:

The prayer in the present Writ petition is reads as follows:

"It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus, declaring the Notification No.47/TSPMB/Admission/AY 2019-20, dated 14.09.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent in so far as not notifying admissions for total sanctioned strength for sanctioned courses including shifted institutions of the petitioners' institutions, in the list of recognized private Para Medical Institutions for allotment of admissions into all two years duration paramedical Diploma Courses for the academic year 2019-20, by issuing essential certificates, if required, in the State of Telangana as illegal and arbitrary and to allot sanctioned strength to sanctioned courses to the petitioner institutions including shifted and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health representing the respondents that, the cause of action in the present Writ petition does not survive for adjudication by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, seeks liberty of this Court to approach this Court for any fresh cause of action that would arise, in future.

Recording the above submissions of both the learned counsel on record, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

In view of the disposal of main Writ petition No.710 of 2020 the I.A.No.1 of 2020 shall also stand closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
