ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A6 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.7 of 2016 of Karamchedu Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC, against them.

2. It is alleged in the complaint that all the accused have taken a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- from the de facto complainant by giving a false representation that they would provide job to him in Ratos Company at Sweden and thereafter, they failed to provide the job, thereby cheated him. Based on the said complaint, the aforesaid crime was registered against the accused.

3. Heard and perused the material on record.

4. In view of the allegations made against the petitioners in the complaint, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation without arresting petitioners 2 to 6/ A2 to A6, except the first petitioner/A1 and file a final report, if any.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
